Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 (Passengers rights in the event of denied boarding, cancellation and long delay)

An online form is available for submitting complaints regarding irregularities in compensation or assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding, cancellation, long delay of the flight, downgrading or upgrading in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.

Please complete the form in full. Please also enclose with your complaint copies of documents that may be relevant for the assessment of the facts and for providing evidence in possible administrative offence proceedings, e.g.

  • copies of your accounting documents and travel documents
  • copies of any correspondence you have already had with the company concerned
  • copies of receipts for the costs you are claiming for reimbursement.
