Customer and Citizen Services are available to you as a focal point within the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, Federal Aviation Office. We support you in case of questions or problems for which the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt is responsible, in particular for issues concerning air passenger's rights.

• Acceptance of enquiries to the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, Federal Aviation Office
• Information according general enquiries and consultation
• Forwarding of specialist inquiries within the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, Federal Aviation Office
• Consultation according to questions concerning air passenger's rights
• Information in terms of the enforcement of air passenger's rights according to the Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004
• Handling of air passenger's complaints
